01 Who we are
A small workshop, a tall order.
We are a small New Zealand workshop run by people who actually use their gear. We got tired of trailers that rattled apart on the first rough track, so we set out to build one that would not. One rugged galvanised chassis, engineered to be overloaded, with a back you can swap to match the job.
Every chassis is folded, fully welded and hot-dip galvanised in house. Nothing leaves the shed until it has been put together by the same hands that will stand behind it.
02 Proven where it counts
Tested on farm tracks and river crossings.
These trailers earn their keep on the worst roads in the country. Farm tracks, river crossings and the back country, week in and week out. If a part cannot take that, it does not make it onto a Switchback.
When the job changes, the trailer changes with you. Run the worksite all week, switch the back for base camp on the weekend, and head wherever your truck will take you.
